You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the United States for the resolution of any disputes not subject to arbitration.

Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.
